How do I get my customer's birthday?

In order to issue the birthday reward, your customers can enter their birthday by following these steps:

  1. On the storefront, click on the Points Tab. When the pop-up appears, click 'Earn More Points'.
  2. Click on 'Customer Birthday'.

  3. The customer will then enter the date of their birthday in the following field and click 'Save Birthday'.

  4. The birthday date will show up in your admin, under the customer's profile page:

If you need a customer's birthday date changed, please contact us at with their email and the correct date and we can correct this for you.

Note: The birthday must be added 30 days or more before the actual date in order for your customers to be automatically awarded the birthday points.
