How do I send emails to my customers about their point balances?
Customers will receive automatic notifications when they have earned and spent their points at your store.
If you want to send out emails to your customers to remind them to use their points, inform them about point earning promotions, or include point balances in newsletters, we are looking to add this feature to Smile.io in the near future.
In the meantime, we have a guide on including your customer's referral link in your Mailchimp newsletter. You can use this guide to include point balances by choosing the points column under Step #7 instead of the referral URL.
