How do I set up my program?

When you first log into your account, you will see a setup process. All you need to do is go through these steps and launch your program. Here are the steps:

  1. In the first slide, click on the green 'Let's do this' button.
  2. Then, you will want to choose what you want to reward your customers for in your rewards program. You can check them all off, or only a few. Don't worry if you change your mind, you can edit these choices later.
  3. The next step will show you how your customers can redeem their points.
  4. In the following step, the tab will be added to your store and you can go check and see how it looks!
  5. That's it! Now you are in the admin panel. You will see a list of tasks that we recommend you complete, such as styling your rewards program, adding ways to spend, etc.

If you are just trying out and want to pause your program so that it doesn't appear on your storefront, you can click on the green 'Live' button, which will bring you to a page where you can change the status to 'paused'.
