Introduction

This article will cover what metrics are included in each of the performance dashboards.

Overview

Performance overview dashboard

The Performance overview dashboard gives you a quick look at some of your program's most important metrics. This is the best place to see the performance of your program at a glance.

It includes all-time stats for the entire life of your program and the last 30 days.

With access to advanced analytics on our Starter plan you can also click into each of the cards to get insight into the different areas of your rewards program.

Program members dashboard

This dashboard is available on the Starter plan and up.

The Program members dashboard gives you a quick look at how many members you have in your rewards program. You can also use the graph to view new program members over time.

The dashboard highlights program engagement through graphs of your First Time Earners and First Time Redeemers.

Points analytics dashboard

This dashboard is available on the Starter plan and up.

The Points analytics dashboard tells you everything you need to know about the health of your points program.

You can view your all time metrics or use the dashboard to filter and export to see the points earned and redeemed over a certain time period. Your program's Redemption rate (the total number of points spent divided by the total number of points earned) is also included.

The dashboard lets you know which earning and redeeming actions are most popular with your customers.

Referral analytics dashboard

This dashboard is available on the Starter plan and up.

The Referral analytics dashboard gives you a quick look at some of your most important referral metrics.

You can view all time metrics for referral revenue, orders, and traffic, or you can use the dashboard to view each metric by a specific time-period, including your conversion rate.
