Here's what we're covering:

• How you can access email notifications

Smile can automatically send your customers an email when they have completed specific actions in your rewards program.

Default notifications include:

•  Spending points
•  Earning points
•  Referred customer completes a purchase
•  Referral sender rewarded

There are also a number of program specific emails available, depending on your billing plan.

All email notifications are found under the Notifications section of your Smile Admin.

✅ If you are on the Small Business plan and up you have the option to edit the content of each of these emails with custom HTML. This includes creating a new email using a template if you'd like to create a unique email for an earning rule. (For example for a birthday, you could create a new template for birthday rewards).

✅ If you are on the Professional plan or above, you can also take advantage of Points expiry and VIP emails.

✅ If you are on the Enterprise plan, you can add new email templates for each custom action you create.
