• How to add an earning rule to your points program
Adding new ways to earn points is a great way to keep your customers engaged with your rewards program.
To add a new earning rule to your points program, click the "Add earning rule" button in the top right hand corner of your program's Earning page.
Select the earning action you'd like to add by clicking the "Add action" button next to the corresponding action.
Fill in the required fields to complete the earning action setup.
Note: fields may differ based on the earning action selected.
📝 Pro Tip:
Consider industry standards and your customer data to determine how many points your earning rule should be worth.
Click Create to activate your earning rule.
Once the action is created, customers will be able to see it in in your customer panel's EARN MORE card.
You can also choose whether customers are notified of the reward using the radio buttons in the Entry Notification section.

You can take your earning rule to the next level by customizing its Display.

Once you've saved your desired Display changes, customers will be able to see them in your customer panel and email notifications after completing this action.
