Here's what we're covering:

• Whether points are deducted when an order is canceled or refunded

When an order is canceled or refunded at your store, the customer's points for that order will automatically be deducted from their balance.

Note: we are not able to do partial deductions of points. For example, if a customer is only returning 1 item from an order of 3, you can either automatically cancel all of the order's points or none for that particular order.

Your points refund settings can be found in the Shopify Settings section of your Smile Admin.  

Under Order Statuses, choose the order tags for which you'd like to cancel rewards.  

Once you've saved your changes, points balances will automatically update based on order status accordingly.
