Update your billing information
Here's what we're covering:
If you would like to update your account's billing information, log into your Smile Admin and click on your billing plan on the left hand side.
Here you will find your current billing plan's details, as well as a breakdown of other available plans and features.
To update your credit card details:
Follow the additional prompts to complete the update process.
Note: if you are on the Free plan, you can Upgrade your account by clicking the Select plan button in the Growth section below your Usage information. You will be charged when you click this button.
If you are on the Growth plan, you can upgrade your account to Enterprise by getting in touch with us by clicking Contact the team.
