How to schedule campaigns

To schedule a campaign, go to your homepage and choose a campaign to run.
Note - there will not always be a campaign available. Campaigns are recommended to you based on amount of customers/orders, recently ran campaigns, and some other settings in your account (i.e. If you have a VIP program enabled, some campaigns will not be available).
Click 'Run Campaign' from the campaign card on the Home Page once you've chosen a campaign to run:
On the campaign page - head to the 'Active days' section to schedule your campaign.
Click on the 'Date Range' dropdown and select if you want your campaign to start immediately, or sometime in the future with one of the below set date ranges:
- Tomorrow (1 day)
- Upcoming week (7 days)
- Upcoming weekend (2 days)
If you chose 'Starting now' from the Date Range dropdown, you can then set a duration of up to 7 days. If you enter a value that's not between 1 and 7 - you will not be able to start your campaign.
Click 'Save' to confirm your settings. If your campaign is set to start right away, any associated email notifications will be sent out as soon as you click 'Schedule campaign'.
If you've chosen to schedule the campaign for the future instead of start it right away, you will only be able to edit the campaign up until a day before its scheduled start time.
