# Customize Loyalty Hub
> Brand your Loyalty Hub by customizing text, images, icons, colors and fonts. No code required.
Loyalty Hub gives customers somewhere to view their loyalty points, track rewards, and redeem points for available rewards - all in one place. Make the page feel like part of your brand by following these steps.
**Feature availability**: Loyalty Hub is available on **Growth, Plus** and **Enterprise** plans for merchants on **Shopify only.**

## Page logo, colors & typography
Shopify customer accounts belong to the checkout architecture. Therefore the logo, colors and typography are inherited from checkout settings.
**Warning:** Changes made here will apply to both the customer account loyalty page and checkout.
1. From Shopify Admin, click **Settings > [Checkout](https://admin.shopify.com/store/settings/checkout).**
2. Select your checkout profile > **Customize.**
3. In the top bar, select **Loyalty Hub.**
4. In the action bar (left), click **Settings**.
5. Adjust branding settings.
6. Click **Save.**
## Page heading, description & section titles
The Loyalty Hub page heading, description, and section titles are configured directly in the customer account editor. The account editor is accessed through the checkout editor.
**Important:** Changes made here are only applicable to the Loyalty Hub.
1. From Shopify Admin, click **Settings** > **[Checkout](https://admin.shopify.com/store/settings/checkout).**
2. Select your checkout profile > **Customize.**
3. In the action bar (left), click **Apps** > **Added** > **Loyalty Hub.**
4. Enter your custom text.
5. Click **Save.**
**Note**: Aside from the page heading, description, and section headings covered above, the remaining text in the Loyalty Hub can't be customized. This includes button labels, status labels, and card headings such as "Points Balance" and "Current VIP Tier."
## **Section visibility**
The **Points**, **Referrals**, and **VIP** sections on your Loyalty Hub are displayed based on which programs are enabled in Smile Admin. Disabling a program automatically removes its corresponding section from the page. Individual sections can't be shown or hidden separately.
## Hero image & other imagery
Since the checkout and account editors don't allow image uploads, your images are pulled from your settings in Smile Admin.

**Note:** Changes made here are only applicable to the Loyalty Hub.
### Image sizing recommendations
Your hero image appears most prominently in the Loyalty Hub, so choosing a clear **landscape** image is recommended. The Loyalty Hub will automatically adjust your images to fit, so you don't need to use exact dimensions unless you prefer more precise guidance.
**If you'd like specific dimensions to follow, here are the recommended sizes:**
* **Hero image** (landscape): 631 × 293 px
* **Redemption popup cover image** (landscape): 437 × 204 px
* **Product fallback image** (square): 318 × 318 px
* **Points balance icon** (square): 46 × 46 px
## Earn, redeem, referral & VIP card labels & icons
Card labels and icons are inherited directly from your loyalty program settings.

**Warning:** Changes made here will apply to both the Loyaly Hub and the storefront loyalty popup (if enabled).
## Previewing changes before saving
If your Loyalty Hub is placed on a live checkout & account profile, your customers might be able to access the page and see your pages immediately. Customer discovery is generally determined by whether a link to the new page has been added to the customer account navigation bar.
If you need time to preview your changes before your customers see them, delay adding a link to the customer account navigation until you're ready for customers to see it, or consider configuring the page on a non-live checkout & account profile.
