# Customize email sender name and reply-to address

> Configure the name and email address your customers see when they receive email notifications.

**Customizing your email sender name and reply-to address** gives you control over how your loyalty emails appear to customers. **Editing your sender name and reply-to email address is available on all Smile plans**, and you can update these details at any time in your settings to keep communication clear and on-brand.

## Customize sender name and email

To update the sender name and reply-to email address:

1. In Smile Admin, navigate to **Settings** > **[General](https://app.smile.io/settings/general)**.
2. In the **Customer Notifications** card, update the **Sender Name** and **Reply-To Email** fields.
3. Click **Save**.
