# Launch checklist

> Helpful tips for a smooth loyalty program launch

## Introduction

We work with thousands of merchants every year and with over 50,000 live programs the data that we have on what works is solid regardless of what type of business you run. This checklist and the recommendations for configuring a points and referral program are built from that data to give you the best starting point possible to grow your business.

## Program Launch Checklist

### **1. Brand the rewards panel**

5-10 minutes

**6. Promote your program!** 📣 Invite customers to join your program.                • Email customers and let them know                                                                                     about the program. • Include details about Points/Referrals • Use social media channels to                                                                                              promote your program.
