# Customize loyalty program name

> Edit the name of your loyalty program in the reward panel.

Adding a loyalty program name in the reward panel allows you to customize your on-site content to match your brand and engage customers.

## Edit your loyalty program name

By default, Smile uses the name of your store on the reward panel to introduce your program. You have the ability to customize your program name in the reward panel, as well as the welcome text used to introduce your program.

To edit your program name and panel text:

1. In Smile Admin, navigate to **[On-site content](https://app.smile.io/on-site)**.
2. In the **Panel** card, click **Customize**.
3. Click the **Header** card.
4. In the **Caption** text box, enter text to introduce your program.
5. In the **Title** text box, enter your program name.
6. Click **Save**.

<Note>
  **Note:** If you don't enter text in the Caption or Title fields, Smile will use default text. The default **Caption** is "Welcome to" and the default **Title** is the [name of your store](https://app.smile.io/settings/general).
  If you'd like to keep these fields blank, you can use an empty character to fill the space. Just *triple-click* the code box below to select the invisible character inside (you won't see it — but it's there!), then *copy and paste* it into the field you want to leave blank.
