How to send your customers their referral links
1. Under your Smile Admin, click on Referrals
2. At the top of the overview, there will be a card called Send members their referral links, click Send referral links.
If you have already run this promotion once, you will not see this card. Stay tuned for improvements and new capabilities to re-run and engage the power of your customer base.
3. You'll get a pop-up to confirm, once you click Send referral links again, the email will begin to send. The progress is trackable through the banner.
How the email looks
On the Send members their referral links card, there is a link called Preview email template.
This option will allow you to preview the email template. While the template can't be edited, it's designed to pull in your brand colors and logo from the rest of your rewards program for a consistent experience!
