# Customize VIP tier icons

> How to customize the icons used in your VIP tiers.

Custom tier icons help create a more branded experience for your loyalty program. You can also use your tier icons in your marketing to build excitement around your VIP program.

  **Feature availability**: VIP is available on **Growth, Plus,** and **Enterprise** plans.

## Customize VIP tier icons

1. From Smile Admin, go to **Program > [VIP](https://app.smile.io/reward-programs/vip)**.
2. Click the name of the tier you want to customize.
3. In the **Display** section, upload your icon in the **Tier icon** field.
4. Click **Save**.

Your custom icon will appear in the Smile customer panel for members in that tier.

### Image requirements

* At least 90 × 90 pixels
* Square dimensions
* JPG or PNG format only
