# CM Commerce integration overview

> Connect Smile.io with CM Commerce to sync loyalty data into your email campaigns and reward customers for product reviews.

## About CM Commerce

[CM Commerce](https://www.cmcommerce.com/) is an ecommerce email marketing platform from Campaign Monitor with built-in product review collection. When connected to Smile, you can sync loyalty data into CM Commerce audiences, personalize emails with rewards data, and reward customers with points for leaving product reviews.

## Features and functionality

With the Smile and CM Commerce integration, you can:

* Sync points balance and VIP tier to CM Commerce contacts
* Segment audiences by loyalty status
* Use loyalty data in email templates
* Reward customers with points for leaving CM Commerce product reviews

## Integration requirements

To use the Smile and CM Commerce integration, you must meet the following requirements:
