# ConvertCart integration overview

> Connect Smile.io with ConvertCart to sync loyalty data into your email campaigns and trigger workflows from loyalty events.

## About ConvertCart

[ConvertCart](https://www.convertcart.com/) is an eCommerce growth platform that helps merchants improve conversion rates and customer retention with A/B testing and targeted email workflows. When connected to Smile, you can use loyalty data such as points balance and VIP tier to personalize emails and trigger email flows.

## Features and functionality

With the Smile and ConvertCart integration, you can:

* Sync loyalty data to ConvertCart customer profiles
* Personalize email campaigns with loyalty data
* Build email flows triggered by loyalty events
* Remind customers about expiring rewards

## Integration requirements

To use the Smile and ConvertCart integration, you must meet the following requirements:
