# Glew integration overview

> Connect Smile.io with Glew to analyze loyalty program performance alongside your other ecommerce metrics.

## About Glew

[Glew](https://www.glew.io/) is a commerce analytics platform that pulls data from your ecommerce store and other tools into a single source for reporting and segmentation. When connected to Smile, you can see loyalty program activity at the individual customer level, segment customers by points and VIP tier, and measure metrics like AOV and LTV by reward segment.

## Features and functionality

With the Smile and Glew integration, you can:

* View reward program activity at the individual customer level
* Segment customers by points balance or VIP tier
* Measure AOV, LTV, and repeat purchase rate by reward segment

## Integration requirements

To use the Smile and Glew integration, you must meet the following requirements:

  This integration is available on the Essential, Standard, Growth, Plus, and Enterprise plans. The number of integrations you can connect depends on your plan.
