# HubSpot integration overview

## About HubSpot

[HubSpot](https://www.hubspot.com/) is a marketing, sales, and customer service platform that unifies customer data across the buying lifecycle. When connected to Smile, you can sync loyalty data into HubSpot contact properties and use it to segment lists, build automated workflows, and personalize email campaigns.

## Features and functionality

With the Smile and HubSpot integration, you can:

* Sync points balance, VIP tier, and referral URL to HubSpot contacts
* Build HubSpot lists segmented by points balance or VIP tier
* Filter contacts by loyalty data for easy sorting and management
* Use loyalty data to personalize email campaigns and trigger workflows

## Integration requirements

To use the Smile and HubSpot integration, you must meet the following requirements:
