## About Loop Returns

[Loop Returns](https://www.loopreturns.com/) is a returns and exchange management platform for ecommerce brands. When connected to Smile, you can sync your loyalty audience into Loop and offer different return experiences based on a customer's points balance and VIP tier.

## Features and functionality

With the Smile and Loop Returns integration, you can:

* Sync your loyalty audience into Loop lists
* Offer personalized return experiences based on VIP tier or loyalty status
* Use loyalty data as conditions in return workflows

## Integration requirements

To use the Smile and Loop Returns integration, you must meet the following requirements:
