# Loox integration overview

> Connect Smile.io with Loox to reward customers with points for writing product, photo, and video reviews.

## About Loox

[Loox](https://loox.app/) is a product reviews app for Shopify that focuses on photo and video reviews to drive social proof. When connected to Smile, you can reward customers with loyalty points for writing reviews and submitting photos or videos, with separate point values for each action.

## Features and functionality

With the Smile and Loox integration, you can:

* Reward customers for writing product reviews and submitting photo or video reviews
* Set different point values for written reviews and photo/video submissions
* Stack points when customers both write a review and attach a photo or video

## Integration requirements

To use the Smile and Loox integration, you must meet the following requirements:

  This integration is available on the Essential, Standard, Growth, Plus, and Enterprise plans. The number of integrations you can connect depends on your plan.
