# Okendo integration overview

> Connect Smile.io with Okendo to reward customers with points for writing product reviews.

## About Okendo

[Okendo](https://www.okendo.io/) is a customer marketing platform that helps Shopify merchants collect and showcase product reviews, ratings, and user-generated content. When connected to Smile, you can reward customers with loyalty points for writing reviews and submitting photos or videos.

## Features and functionality

With the Smile and Okendo integration, you can:

* Reward customers for writing product reviews
* Reward customers for attaching photos or videos to reviews
* Reward customers for adding a profile picture to their review

## Integration requirements

To use the Smile and Okendo integration, you must meet the following requirements:

  This integration is available on the Essential, Standard, Growth, Plus, and Enterprise plans. The number of integrations you can connect depends on your plan.
