# Omnisend integration overview

> Connect Smile.io with Omnisend to sync points balance and VIP tier into your email and SMS campaigns.

## About Omnisend

[Omnisend](https://www.omnisend.com/) is an email, SMS, and push notification marketing platform built for ecommerce. When connected to Smile, you can sync loyalty data into Omnisend contact properties and use it to segment audiences and trigger personalized campaigns across channels.

## Features and functionality

With the Smile and Omnisend integration, you can:

* Sync points balance, VIP tier, and referral URL to Omnisend contacts
* Segment audiences by points balance or VIP tier
* Trigger automated email, SMS, and push campaigns based on loyalty data

## Integration requirements

To use the Smile and Omnisend integration, you must meet the following requirements:

  This integration is available on the Essential, Standard, Growth, Plus, and Enterprise plans. The number of integrations you can connect depends on your plan.
