# Re:amaze integration overview

> Connect Smile.io with Re:amaze to display loyalty data alongside support conversations.

## About Re:amaze

[Re:amaze](https://www.reamaze.com/) is a unified customer service, chat, and helpdesk platform built for ecommerce. When connected to Smile, your support team can see each customer's loyalty data alongside conversations and use it to personalize replies.

## Features and functionality

With the Smile and Re:amaze integration, you can:

* Display customer loyalty data (points, VIP tier, referral URL) alongside conversations
* Personalize replies using points balance and VIP status
* Triage conversations based on loyalty status

## Integration requirements

To use the Smile and Re:amaze integration, you must meet the following requirements:

  This integration is available on the Essential, Standard, Growth, Plus, and Enterprise plans. The number of integrations you can connect depends on your plan.
