# Redo integration overview

> Connect Smile.io with Redo to show loyalty points in your marketing messages.

## About Redo

[Redo](https://redo.com/) is an ecommerce platform for returns, marketing, and post-purchase logistics. When connected to Smile, you can show loyalty points in your abandoned cart and checkout recovery messages.

## Features and functionality

With the Smile and Redo integration, you can:

* Include points balances in marketing messages
* Show the points a customer will earn by checking out
* Add loyalty data to cart recovery messages

## Integration requirements

To use the Smile and Redo integration, you must meet the following requirements:

  This integration is available on the Essential, Standard, Growth, Plus, and Enterprise plans. The number of integrations you can connect depends on your plan.
