# Sendlane integration overview

> Connect Smile.io with Sendlane to sync points balance and VIP tier into your email and SMS campaigns.

## About Sendlane

[Sendlane](https://www.sendlane.com/) is a unified email and SMS marketing platform built for ecommerce, combining campaigns, automations, forms, and reviews in one tool. When connected to Smile, you can sync loyalty data into Sendlane contacts and use it to segment audiences and trigger personalized campaigns.

## Features and functionality

With the Smile and Sendlane integration, you can:

* Sync points balance, VIP tier, and referral URL to Sendlane contacts
* Segment audiences by points balance or VIP tier
* Trigger email and SMS automations based on loyalty events

## Integration requirements

To use the Smile and Sendlane integration, you must meet the following requirements:

  This integration is available on the Essential, Standard, Growth, Plus, and Enterprise plans. The number of integrations you can connect depends on your plan.
