# Tapcart integration overview

> Connect Smile.io with Tapcart to reward and redeem loyalty points inside your mobile app.

## About Tapcart

[Tapcart](https://www.tapcart.com/) is a mobile app builder for Shopify stores. When connected to Smile, customers can view their points, redeem rewards, and apply them at checkout inside your branded mobile app.

## Features and functionality

With the Smile and Tapcart integration, you can:

* Reward points for purchases made in the app
* Display points, tiers, and rewards in the app
* Let customers redeem rewards in the app
* Apply redeemed rewards at checkout

## Integration requirements

To use the Smile and Tapcart integration, you must meet the following requirements:
