# TargetBay integration overview

> Connect Smile.io with TargetBay to reward customers with points for writing product, photo, and site reviews.

## About TargetBay

[TargetBay](https://www.targetbay.com/) is a marketing suite for ecommerce that combines email, SMS, customer reviews, and Q\&A. When connected to Smile, you can reward customers with loyalty points for writing product reviews, photo reviews, and site reviews through TargetBay.

## Features and functionality

With the Smile and TargetBay integration, you can:

* Reward customers for writing product, photo, and site reviews
* Set separate point values for each review type
* Award points automatically once reviews pass moderation

## Integration requirements

To use the Smile and TargetBay integration, you must meet the following requirements:

  This integration is available on the Essential, Standard, Growth, Plus, and Enterprise plans. The number of integrations you can connect depends on your plan.
