Here's what we're covering:

• How to customize points emails

While your Smile points program already comes equipped with a series of professional email notification templates, you have the option to customize them even further with HTML.

You can customize the following points program emails:

• Customer Spent Points
• Customer Earned Points

Note: you can create multiple emails using either of these templates, such as earned or spent birthday rewards, earned or spent welcome points, etc.

📝   Pro Tip:

You can enable or disable any of these emails in the Entry Notification section of any Earning or Spending rule.

How to Customize:

Select the email you'd like to modify on the Notifications page by clicking the blue text directly underneath the email's description.

You can then edit the email body (HTML) code with whatever customizations you wish. 

📝  Pro Tip

Use Variables to make your points message more personal.  

You can find these variables to the right of the email editor.

Once you've saved your changes, your customers will start receiving updated versions of your points program emails.
