Showing your customers how many points they've just earned is a great reminder for them to return to your store to purchase again!
Add show points earned after purchase
✅ Tip: For Shopify's legacy customer accounts choose Thank you page, and for their customer accounts choose Order status page in step 5.
From Smile admin, navigate to On-site content.
In the Points after purchase section, click Setup.
In the Quick setup section, click Go to checkout settings.
In the Configurations section, click Customize.
In the drop down menu, choose Thank you or Order status.
In the Order details section, click Add app block.
Search for Smile.
Click Show points earned on order.
Visibility conditions
The app block will show to customers who are logged in. Otherwise the same message will show, just without the specific number of points.
