As of February 1, 2025, Smile is no longer supported on the Wix platform.
In July 2024, after careful consideration, we made the difficult decision to stop offering Smile on the Wix platform. If you were using Smile on Wix at that time, notice of this decision was sent to the account email. In addition, notification banner was displayed when logged in stating that your current Smile loyalty program will no longer function starting on Feb 1, 2025.
What this means for your store
• Your Smile loyalty program will no longer function.
• Smile has been removed from your Wix store.
• You will no longer be able to access your Smile account.
How to Continue Offering a Loyalty Program
We recommend migrating to the Wix Loyalty Program. This built-in solution allows you to continue rewarding your customers without interruption.
