The customer account loyalty page gives customers somewhere to view their loyalty points, track rewards, and redeem points for available rewards - all in one place. Make the page feel like part of your brand by following these steps.

Page logo, colors & typography


Shopify customer accounts belong to the checkout architecture. Therefore the logo, colors and typography are inherited from checkout settings.

  1. From Shopify Admin, click Settings > Checkout.

  2. Select your checkout profile > Customize.

  3. In the top bar, select Loyalty Page.

  4. In the action bar (left), click Settings.

  5. Adjust branding settings.

  6. Click Save.

Page heading, description & section titles


The customer account loyalty page heading, description, and section titles are configured directly in the customer account editor. The account editor is accessed through the checkout editor.

  1. From Shopify Admin, click Settings > Checkout.

  2. Select your checkout profile > Customize.

  3. In the action bar (left), click Apps > Added > Loyalty page.

  4. Enter your custom text.

  5. Click Save.

Hero image & other imagery


Due to no image upload support in the checkout & account editor, images are inherited and configured from Smile Admin.

  2. Replace image.

  3. Click Save.

  1. From Smile Admin, click Program > Points > View all ways to earn.

  2. Click any of the ways to earn.

  3. Edit name/icon.

  4. Click Save.

  1. From Smile Admin, click Program > Points > View all ways to redeem.

  2. Click any of the ways to redeem.

  3. Edit name/icon.

  4. Click Save.

Referral labels & icons

  1. From Smile Admin, click Program > Referrals.

  2. Choose friend or advocate reward > Edit.

  3. Edit name/icon.

  4. Click Save.

VIP tier labels & icons

  2. Click any VIP tier.

  3. Edit name/icon.

  4. Click Save.

Previewing changes before saving


If your customer account loyalty page is placed on a live checkout & account profile, your customers might be able to access the page and see your pages immediately. Customer discovery is generally determined by whether a link to the new page has been added to the customer account navigation bar.


If you need time to preview your changes before your customers see them, delay adding a link to the customer account navigation until you're ready for customers to see it, or consider configuring the page on a non-live checkout & account profile.
