Introduction
Judge.me allows you to easily reward your customers for leaving product reviews. When a customer completes a purchase, they will get an email asking them to leave a review which will appear on the product page once completed.
✅ Smile apps/integrations are only available on a Smile paid plan, on the Shopify and BigCommerce platforms.

Before you start
This feature is only available on a Judge.me paid plan. Judge.me is currently offering a 45 day free trial of their Awesome Plan for Smile users.
How to Install the Judge.me app on Shopify
Step 1: On the Apps page of your Smile Admin, select the Judge.me app from the listings.
Click Connect
Step 2: Enter your Shopify store address and click Login/signup.
Step 3:This will redirect you to Shopify, where you will be asked to sign in to your account.
Once you've logged into Shopify, click Install app.
You will then be prompted to go through Judge.me's on-boarding process. Once this process is complete, your Judge.me account will be successfully linked to Smile. If you have any issues with on-boarding please check out the Judge.me Help Center.
How customers earn points for reviews
Once Judge.me is connected to your Smile account, you need to set up the Product reviews earning rule.
In the Store earning section find and select the Review a product action.
Enter the number of points you would like customers to earn for leaving a review, choose how you would like to configure the integration, set up a specific image or use our default and click Create.
Once the rule is created, customers can begin earning points for leaving reviews according to the Reward Conditions you have set in Judge.me.

Here's the official Judge.me documentation for installing the app on BigCommerce. Once the app is installed, set up in Smile can be completed the same as above!
