Judge.me allows you to incentivize customers to leave a review by offering points for the completed action! When a customer completes a purchase, they will get an email asking them to leave a review which will appear on the product page once completed.
Install Judge.me
💡 Important: This feature is only available on a Judge.me paid plan. Judge.me is currently offering a 45 day free trial of their Awesome Plan for Smile users.
Install Judge.me from the Shopify app store.
Upgrade to Judge.me's Awesome Plan.
From Smile admin navigate to Integrations > Judge.me.
Click Connect.
Click Authorize.
Set up an earning action
✅ Tip: Customize your Judge.me earning rule just like you would any other! Use unique names, details, and instructions to fully incorporate it into your rewards program.
From Smile admin navigate to Program > Points > Add ways to earn.
In the Smile apps section, click Write a product review.
In the Earning value, choose how many points you would like to award this action.
Make any customized changes to the earning action.
Click Create.
ℹ️ Note: Once the rule is created, customers can begin earning points for leaving reviews according to the Reward Conditions you have set in Judge.me.
