Add block to account page
Navigate to: Shopify Admin → Online Store → Themes → *your theme*
Click Customize
At the top of the page, select Classic customer accounts → Customer account
Sign in to view the logged in customer state
In the left sidebar, select Template → Add section
Select the Points on account page app block
Click save
ℹ️ Signing in to your store through the theme editor is necessary in order to access the customer account template. You need to do this with a store account, your Shopify login details won't be recognized.
Use the theme editor to control the loyalty block's position on the page. We recommend placing it at the top above the order summary.
Customization
In the Shopify theme editor, click on the points on account page app block
Adjust the colours to match your brand or make the block stand out
Click Save
Customer states
Our system will automatically change the banner and button action according to how many points the customer has and whether they can afford to redeem a reward ✨
New customer, has never earned points:
Has points but not enough for a reward:
Has enough points for a reward:
Doesn't have points:
ℹ️ Does this work with Shopify's "new" customer accounts?
Shopify's new customer account experience doesn't yet support third party apps. Currently our app block is only compatible with the classic customer accounts.
