Judge.me allows you to easily reward your customers for leaving product reviews.  When a customer completes a purchase, they will get an email asking them to leave a review which will appear on the product page once completed.


The Judge.me Smile app allows you to:

  • Reward customers for reviewing your products

What you need to install the Judge.me app

How to Install the Judge.me app

On the Apps page of your Smile Admin, select the Judge.me app and click Install.

Enter your Shopify store address and click Login/signup.

This will redirect you to Shopify, where you will be asked to sign in to your account.

Once you've logged into Shopify, click Install app.

You will then be prompted to go through Judge.me's onboarding process. Once this process is complete, your Judge.me account will be successfully linked to Smile.

How customers earn points for reviews with the Judge.me app

Once the Judge.me is connected to your Smile account, you need to set up the Judge.me earning rule.

Go to the Earning page of your Points program and click Add earning rule.

Scroll down to find the Store earning options.  When you've found the Judge.me Write a product review option, click the Add action button.

Enter the number of points you would like customers to earn for leaving a review and click Create.

Once the rule is created, customers can begin earning points for leaving reviews according to the Reward Conditions you have set in Judge.me.

📝  Pro Tip:

Customize your Judge.me earning rule just like you would any other!  Use unique names, details, and instructions to fully incorporate it into your rewards program.
