Introduction
This article will give an overview of the different components of a Smile points program. Your points program's Activity page allows you to see which customers performed specific actions and manual changes made to accounts. You can also see when these actions were completed and which order they were associated with.
📋 Note: To view the points activities go to Programs > Activity and look under the 'Points' section.
1. Earn Points
The Actions page is where you can edit and set your program's Actions. You can also see how many times customers have been rewarded for each action.
2. Redeem Points
The Rewards page is where you can edit and set your program's rewards! You can also see how many times customers have been redeemed each reward.
3. Settings
Settings is where you can enable or disable your points program, set a branded name for your points currency, and enable or disable points expiry
✅ Points expiry is only available on a Smile paid plan
