Allowing your signed-in customers to redeem their points within the checkout is a great last minute option to encourage customers to add a discount onto their order, which can increase your customer loyalty.
Add redeem points to the checkout
From Smile admin, navigate to On-site content.
In the Redeem at checkout section, click Setup.
In the Quick setup section, click Go to checkout settings.
In the Configurations section, click Customize.
In the Information section, click Add app block.
Search for Smile.
Choose Redeem points.
Click Save.
In the Checkout behaviour you also have the option to show the app block in Shop pay.
💡 Important: This feature is currently available in English only, even if your checkout uses a different language.
