The Customer Segments chart helps you see how loyalty members drive growth. You can review behavior and spending patterns by group to quickly compare members to non-members, and redeemers to non-redeemers. All data reflects customers who have placed orders in the last 12 months.
Segments tracked
Members vs non-members
Shows how membership impacts customer spend, purchase frequency, and order value.
Members: Customers who have joined your loyalty program.
Non-members: Customers who shop with you but haven’t joined your program.
Redeemers vs non-redeemers
Shows the effect of reward redemption on engagement and annual spend.
Redeemers: Customers who have redeemed their points for rewards.
Non-redeemers: Customers who have not redeemed any points.
Metrics shown
Each segment comparison includes the following metrics:
Total customers: The number of customers in the segment and their percentage of the total customer base.
Annual spend: The average total revenue per customer over the past 12 months.
Purchase frequency: The average number of orders each customer placed in the last 12 months.
AOV (average order value): The average spend per order for customers in that segment.
