View loyalty program reports

Gain deeper insights into your loyalty program with pre-built, downloadable reports.

Along with program insights, you can export pre-built reports for further analysis and action. Reports give you flexibility to review performance over specific time periods, share data with your team, and plan future loyalty initiatives.

Feature availability:

✅ The number and types of reports available depend on your Smile plan. For the most accurate and up-to-date list, go to Analytics > Reports in Smile Admin.

Access program reports


Reports complement your analytics dashboard by giving you more control over your data. Use them to spot trends, share insights with stakeholders, and take actions that drive engagement and revenue. You can apply built-in filters to focus on the data that matters most and compare results across different time periods.

To access and filter reports:

  1. In Smile Admin, navigate to Analytics > Reports.

  2. Click the report you want to view.

  3. Use the drop-down menus to select the time period you’d like to review and apply any filters.

ℹ️ Note: Report data is updated every 24 hours and reflects the time period shown at the top of the report.

Export reports


Once you’ve viewed and filtered your report, you can export the data to analyze trends, share insights with your team, or track progress over time.

To export a report:

  1. In Smile Admin, navigate to Analytics > Reports.

  2. Click the report you want to view.

  3. At the top right of the report, click the three dots (More options) menu.

  4. Select Download.

Accessibility tip: You can reach the More options button with your keyboard by tabbing to it and pressing Enter, then use the arrow keys to choose Download.
