Logging in to Smile through Shopify
If your store is on Shopify, you can access Smile directly through your Shopify Admin. When you open Smile from Shopify, you’re automatically logged in—no separate Smile username or password is required.
To open Smile from Shopify:
Log in to your Shopify Admin.
From the left-hand navigation, select Apps.
Select Smile.io.
Logging in to Smile on BigCommerce
If your store is on BigCommerce, you can access Smile directly from the BigCommerce control panel. When you open Smile from BigCommerce, you’re automatically logged in—no separate Smile username or password is required.
To open Smile from BigCommerce:
Log in to your BigCommerce control panel.
From the left-hand navigation, select Apps.
Select Smile.io Loyalty & Rewards.
Logging in at app.smile.io
Shopify and BigCommerce merchants can also log in to Smile directly at app.smile.io using the email address associated with your Smile account.
This option is helpful if you’re unable to access your Shopify or BigCommerce Admin.
If you’re having trouble logging in
If you can’t access Smile, start with the option that best matches your situation:
You’re logged in to your eCommerce platform and don’t see Smile in your Apps list
Make sure the Smile app is installed and that you’re logged in to the correct store.
You can’t log in at app.smile.io, or you need to update your login details
Follow the steps in Change your account email or password.
