You can update the email address, contact name, and password for your Smile account when you log in through app.smile.io. If you usually access Smile through Shopify or BigCommerce, you won’t need to manage a separate Smile login. Learn more about your login options in How to log in to Smile.

Edit the account email or password

From your account settings, you can update the Email address and Password you use to log in to Smile through app.smile.io. You can also update your First name and Last name, which are used in in-app chat and to identify the primary account holder. To review or update these settings:
  1. In Smile Admin, navigate to Settings > User.
  2. Update the desired fields.
  3. Click Save.
Note: Smile uses a separate email address for billing purposes in your account. To learn more about billing, review our article on updating billing information.
