Start or schedule a bonus points campaign
Navigate to Smile Admin → Bonus campaigns
Click Create campaign
Choose your points multiplier
Choose your start and end date/time
Submit
Campaigns can either start immediately or be scheduled for a time in the future (scheduled campaigns will start automatically at the right time)
Campaigns can be ended at any time if you change your mind
Benefits end immediately/automatically once the end date/time is reached
Bonus points are only awarded on orders. Points earned from creating an account / social follows etc. aren't multiplied.
Good to know
Bonus points campaigns can be run on loyalty programs with 1 "place an order" earning rule
The maximum campaign length is 7 days
Only one bonus campaign can run at a time
There is no limit to the number of scheduled campaigns, but they can't overlap with each other
Scheduled campaigns can be edited until the start time. Once a campaign is running, it can only be ended.
