Introduction
Yotpo allows you to easily add customer product reviews to your store. When a customer buys a product at your store, they will get an email asking them to leave a review, which will appear on the product page with a “verified purchase” tag.Smile apps/integrations are only available on a Smile paid plan, on the Shopify and BigCommerce platforms.

On the Apps page of your Smile Admin, select the Yotpo app.

How customers earn points for reviews with the Yotpo app.
Once the Yotpo app is connected to your Smile account, you need to set up the Yotpo earning action.

Note: This earning rule requires customers to be a verified buyer.
Note: With our Yotpo integration, it’s not possible to create different earning rules for different reviews (i.e. Photo review, video review…etc).
Why customers might not have earned points for reviews
- Customers are invited to leave reviews in an email post-purchase. If a customer does not leave a review through the form included in the email, they will not receive points because they will not be able to be classified as verified buyers.
- Customers must leave the reviews for products at your store. We do not currently award points for Yotpo website reviews.
