Your currency name can have a huge impact on your customer experience by helping tie your rewards program to the rest of your brand.

To update it, go to Programs > Points in your Smile Admin - then scroll down to find the Points branding section

Enter your new name for your points in the "Points currency" section - you can enter a Plural version, and a Singular version to ensure that it comes up correctly when we're mentioning '1 point' in your program.

Avoid a generic currency name like "points" help your rewards program stand out.

Once you've saved your changes, customers will be able to see your new currency name used throughout your customer Panel.
