About CM Commerce

CM Commerce is an ecommerce email marketing platform from Campaign Monitor with built-in product review collection. When connected to Smile, you can sync loyalty data into CM Commerce audiences, personalize emails with rewards data, and reward customers with points for leaving product reviews.

With the Smile and CM Commerce integration, you can:
  • Sync points balance and VIP tier to CM Commerce contacts
  • Segment audiences by loyalty status
  • Use loyalty data in email templates
  • Reward customers with points for leaving CM Commerce product reviews

Integration requirements

To use the Smile and CM Commerce integration, you must meet the following requirements:

Have a CM Commerce account

Have a Smile account with a paid plan

This integration is available on the Essential, Standard, Growth, Plus, and Enterprise plans. The number of integrations you can connect depends on your plan.
