About Fera

Fera is a product reviews and ratings app that collects text, photo, and video reviews from your customers. When connected to Smile, you can reward customers with loyalty points for submitting reviews, with separate point values for text, photo, and video review types.

Features and functionality

With the Smile and Fera integration, you can:
  • Reward customers for writing product reviews, photo reviews, and video reviews
  • Set different point values for each review type
  • Automatically award points when reviews are approved

Integration requirements

To use the Smile and Fera integration, you must meet the following requirements:

Have a Fera account

Have a Smile account with a paid plan

This integration is available on the Essential, Standard, Growth, Plus, and Enterprise plans. The number of integrations you can connect depends on your plan.

In Smile Admin, install the integration, then refer to the Fera documentation for instructions on how to set up and configure the Smile and Fera integration.
