About Gorgias

Gorgias is a customer support helpdesk built for ecommerce, unifying email, chat, SMS, voice, and social messages into a single inbox. When connected to Smile, your support team can see each customer’s loyalty data alongside their tickets and use it to personalize replies and automate workflows.

Features and functionality

With the Smile and Gorgias integration, you can:
  • Display customer loyalty data (points, VIP tier, referral URL) alongside support tickets
  • Use Smile variables in macros to personalize agent replies
  • Trigger Gorgias rules based on a customer’s points balance or VIP tier

Integration requirements

To use the Smile and Gorgias integration, you must meet the following requirements:

Have a Gorgias account

Have a Smile account with a paid plan

This integration is available on the Essential, Standard, Growth, Plus, and Enterprise plans. The number of integrations you can connect depends on your plan.

In Smile Admin, install the integration, then refer to the Gorgias documentation for instructions on how to set up and configure the Smile and Gorgias integration.
