Create a segmented list
Follow the steps below to create a unique Smile program members list using the properties that are synced in our integration.
Note: you must be on HubSpot’s Basic, Pro, or Enterprise plan to create a list.
Filtering contacts
When you are managing your customers in HubSpot, you have the option to filter your contacts by program member information.- On the Contacts page of your HubSpot Admin, click the “Add filter” link found on the left-hand side.
- In the filter list, search for Smile to bring up the different ways you can filter your contacts according to your program’s data.
- Select the rewards data you would like to filter your list by and fill in the necessary fields.
- Click Apply Filter to view all contacts who fit the prescribed criteria.
