About PushOwl

PushOwl is an email, web push, and SMS marketing suite for Shopify merchants, powered by Brevo. When connected to Smile, you can sync loyalty data into PushOwl contacts and use it to segment audiences and trigger notifications based on loyalty events.

Features and functionality

With the Smile and PushOwl integration, you can:
  • Sync points balance and VIP tier to PushOwl contacts
  • Segment audiences by points balance or VIP tier
  • Trigger email, web push, and SMS notifications based on loyalty events

Integration requirements

To use the Smile and PushOwl integration, you must meet the following requirements:

Have a PushOwl account

Have a Smile account with a paid plan

This integration is available on the Essential, Standard, Growth, Plus, and Enterprise plans. The number of integrations you can connect depends on your plan.

In Smile Admin, install the integration, then refer to the PushOwl documentation for instructions on how to set up and configure the Smile and PushOwl integration.
